Oh my goodness! It is hard to believe that I have a child in double digits!!! I am so thankful for this amazing young man. He has an incredibly kind heart. He has grown into such a huge helper for me. I can't even begin to imagine what I would ever do without him.
Happy Birthday Buddy. Love you more than you can possibly imagine!
For his cake he wanted homemade german chocolate. And he didn't want it decorated...just candles
I'm pretty sure it took 2 tries to get all of the candles out. It's harder to blow out double digits.
I love the way he always takes time to read the cards instead of just grabbing the cash inside.
The kids were patiently waiting for him to open the BIG gift. Midge just wanted him to open the gift from her.
From Midge he received a NY Yankees Jersey. Quite a thoughtful gift on her part. She knew he liked the Yankees so when she saw the jersey she knew exactly what she wanted to give him. And...she kept it a secret for a long time.
Time for the BIG gift. I was quite hesitant in giving him yet another gun because in my opinion he didn't need any more guns but his father was very persistent. Needless to say he was very excited and grateful for everything he received.
Shane and Brody enjoy the time they get to spend together hunting. Shane is good about taking him and also teaching him proper handling of firearms. Next step...hunter's safety!
